Seeley M. Com anten is forward of the canopy. The propeller was beautifully finished by Ted Hendrickson after it sustained rain damage to the leading edge. The only parts it shared with the Midget were the wing ribs and the spar web.

I wasn't worried much about being able to fly the airplane, but the awful responsibility of actually flying an airplane that's too pretty to face the vagaries of flight at strange hands was getting to me.
Also known as the Long Midget, the Midget Mustang is perhaps the most admired and enduring homebuilt design ever. Even though it was designed over 50 years ago it is still much in demand because of its good looks, good handling characteristics, and fighter like performance. The market never developed but because of the plane's good looks and great flying qualities it has been very popular with homebuilders. The cabin size will accommodate persons over 6ft tall.
