TV star Gloria Hunniford has dismayed son-in-law Russ Lindsay and pals with her candid new book about her tragic daughter Caron Keating. Friends say he is concerned that the , tribute book contains too many intimate details about his wife's life. Showbiz agent Russ - married to Caron for 13 years before she died of breast cancer - turned down offers to write his own book. A source told The People: "Russ is worried that Gloria may have gone a little too far with some of the detail in the book, although he accepts it is a difficult balance. But because of the tragic circumstances he maybe would have done things in a slightly different way. The book Next to You includes extracts from Caron's diaries which Russ found on the former Blue Peter girl's computer soon after she lost her seven-year cancer fight in April

The couple grew close as Mr Lindsay, a showbusiness manager, struggled to come to terms with the tragic death of his year-old wife. They wed yesterday afternoon in a simple civil ceremony at the year-old Great Fosters hotel in Egham, Surrrey. Anthea Turner, wearing a cream dress with a coffee-coloured ribbon, was maid of honour while her former-husband Peter Powell was best man. The couple exchanged their vows in the orangery of the hotel in front of dozens of friends and family. Miss Keating's mother Gloria Hunniford was absent after deciding her attendance would prove too painful but her brother Paul was there to represent the family. Dressed in long, baggy white shorts, white baseball boots and white open shirts with T-shirts underneath they walked in front of Miss Meen, who was on the arm of her father, Dr Trevor Meen.
