Erica Schoenberg Lindgren is an American professional poker and blackjack player as well as a former model, beach volleyball player, and personal trainer. Following high school, she attended college and graduated with a degree in theater. Schoenberg was a former member of the MIT blackjack team —fictionalized in the film 21 —and from which she spring-boarded into poker. Lindgren, at 36 years old, was in a rehab facility in Newport Beach, California, trying to work through his addiction to gambling. The football season, and massive losses from betting it, was a life changer for Lindgren, who is married to Erica Schoenberg and has a 1-year-old son, Jake, with her. It was a number of close friends, and Schoenberg, that convinced him he needed professional help. The poker world has known Lindgren loved to bet on sports for years now.
One of the more successful female poker players around is also one of the more attractive ones.
